Abstract: According to the requirements of factory operations during shale gas exploration and development at Sichuan Basin, and aimed at " reducing the cost, increasing the efficiency, and environmental protection" , the technical difficulties in highly effective changing of the flow rate and granularity classification, multi-functional equipment integration and the sound and heat pollution of natural gas combustion are tackled, and the comprehensive application of natural gas purification technology, recycling technology and safety and environmental protection technology is discussed to achieve rapid put into production after shale gas well production test. The research results are tested in the key exploration and development projects such as Changning Weiyuan projects. The field tests show that the technical method mentioned in this paper has preliminarily realized the rapid production after shale gas test, and laid a technical support for the development of shale gas.

摘要: 针对四川盆地页岩气勘探开发中工厂化作业技术需求,以“降本增效、绿色环保”为出发点,攻克了变化流速和粒度分级高效处理、多功能装备集成困难和天然气燃烧声光热污染等技术难题,探讨了综合应用天然气快速净化技术、返排液回收技术和安全环保技术实现页岩气试油快速投产的技术方法。研究成果以长宁 -威远等重点勘探开发项目为依托,现场试验表明,文章提及的技术方法初步实现了页岩气试油快速投产,为页岩气的规模开发奠定了技术支撑。
